Every product we offer has a personalization option. You can specify English letters or numbers, depending on the size and type of the product. The number of characters that can be added to the product is specified for each item. There is no additional charge for this service.
No, we do not charge an additional fee for monogramming products for brasswind instrument players.
We strive to fulfill your orders with the utmost quality and care. Typically, the production of bags takes up to two weeks, while smaller accessories usually take up to one week. Please note that personalized products are also included within these time frames.
Standard national postal delivery usually takes between 19 to 21 days, while express delivery via UPS or FedEx takes up to 14 days.
